My name is Sally Couper. I have learnt a great deal in my 12 years of investing, have written books, done public speaking, and importantly am happy to help others too.
I am a mentor for new (and not so new) investors. I assist in finding suitable properties, and guiding the whole process of acquisition.
For those new, I have an awesome team including mortgage brokers, conveyancors, real estate agents, property managers, tradesman, and rennovators. These people can take the risk and unknown out of getting started until you build your own team.
I love property and investing; and I constantly have my ear to the ground regarding the best investment areas and properties in South Australia. My specialty is finding deals where one walks in having made money already!
